LifeWindow 6000V Overview
Simplicity - A simple graphic operating system and a touch screen eliminate confusing menus and trim knobs and buttons. Touch the parameter you would like to work with and one simple form is presented to fill out. No menus, keys or knobs!
Functionality - Six waveforms on a “larger than most” 12” bright active matrix color touch screen with ECG, Respiration, NIBP, Temperature, Digital SpO2 tolerant to motion and low perfusion, Mainstream and/or Sidestream CO2 with waveform, One to Four Invasive Blood Pressures, Anesthetic gas monitoring of all five agents and N2O, integrated into the monitor (no large add on), FiO2, Cardiac Output and Hemodynamic Parameters, and Drug Calculation.
Connectivity - All “Off the Shelf” Ethernet protocols built in - The LifeWindow™ 6000V is a Windows® NT operating system. No outdated proprietary docking stations to mess with. Connect directly, hard wired or wireless, to your network and your monitor/workstation is immediately seen in your network for serious effortless work. Print to your server or archive patient data files.
The easy wireless connectivity of the LifeWindow™6000V to existing networks offers countless possibilities in remote access of patient data. By placing the LifeWindow 6000V in a network, it’s screen can be accessed and controlled by any computer in the network or the Internet. All that is required is to know it’s IP address and the use of virtual networking computing technology. Once the unit is connected to an Internet or Intranet network, all the patient data can be easily forwarded and printed remotely for specialists and diagnostic interpretation.
Placing the LifeWindow™ 6000V in a computer network is as easy as placing any computer in a network. With the wireless Ethernet option, the LifeWindow™ 6000V can be moved freely about yet still be accessed in the network at any time.
Admit Patients at The Bedside - This monitor has features only offered by central stations. Touch the patient management icon and a small keyboard is presented on the screen. Enter your patient's name and ID number and the seventy-two hour patient file created in non-volatile memory is named with your patient's ID number and patient name.

Report Generation to only dream about - Windows®NT is the operating system for the LifeWindow™6000V therefore it can produce extremely useful reports. Reports can be printed using the integrated optional thermal printer or any printer at your server or you can connect a printer to the LifeWindow™6000V through the standard parallel printer port.

More Functionality - All patient information is stored in a Microsoft Excel® file or other format. This data is stored on a non-volatile drive and cannot be erased or destroyed unless you erase it. You can store these files, import them, or simply view them in Excel or any other program. You can also view 72 hours of graphic or tabular trending on the large 12” color LifeWindow™6000V screen.
